"Autumn Grass" is one of the artist's abstract splash-color series. They express the impression of the lotus pond in abstract language. This artwork is very peaceful, zen and philosophical. This painting is an absolutely masterpiece with a very sophistic technique that more than 7 different colors degraded, merged and interacting on multiple layers superimposed on an almost transparent rice paper. The creation, drying and interaction of all layers lasted for 2 months in total. It has something very special and unique. The artist made this painting with great imagination, precision and thoroughness.

The artist’s insight comes initially from WenChuan Earthquake in 2008.
He also hopes to use this series of painting to inspire people during the first breakout of COVID-19 epidemic.

Zhang Jiinxian uses abstract splash color blocks and lines to express a group, an overall feeling and meaning. He avoids the praise of heroes, but inclines to express that the individual and the group are consistent with small differences. He not only acknowledges the existence of heroes, but also agrees with the existence meaning of groups.
