France expresses, through her characters, the close relationship, almost carnal, between the human being and Nature in what it could have of beautiful, inventive, creative but also of secrecy, unconscious and mysterious, «something which would belong only to oneself, a kind of found DNA, a history of the bottom of the ages tattooed on the skin or worn in headdress like a totem».
Provenance
